Hi Louison! To start, can you present yourself in a few words ?

Hey :)
I'm Louison, a young man born and raised in France's countryside and now based in Paris for about 6 years. Aside from DJing I am part of the new A-One Paris - annex of the well-known A1 Record Shop in NYC.
I also run a Youtube Channel called Twenty-Six Hours A Day where I share all kinds of forgotten records. Otherwise I really like spontaneity, travel & chocolate.

When was the mix recorded?

This mix was recorded at my place on a rainy day in March with a pair of Technics and a Xone 92.

What was the purpose and the idea behind this mix ?
​
It had been a long time I wanted to mix many different genres together and sort of recreate the connections within them. It was all of a process that I really enjoyed doing.
Find these connections, put the records together and keep a proper timeline to create a pleasant journey.
Do you want to say a few words about your upcoming releases or some upcoming projects ?

Yes I'm happy I released my first EP "Izanagi & Izanami" about a month ago on Sentaku, my dear friends record label. It really means a lot to me as 'm constantly looking for different ways to share music, usually by my dj sets or mixes but also by recommendations to the clients at the shop and obviously thru my YT Channel.
Right now I'm exploring a new way with - this time - my own productions. And (little leak here) another solo EP is on his way for October this year hihi. :)
